4. CUSTOMERS CANCEL ORDER
In case the order is in the process of delivery but the customer cancels the order or delivers it to the place where the customer does not immediately return to the shipper:
– Orders delivered by Mai Song Nguyen for free: free shipping and refund
– Charged delivery orders: Mai Song Nguyen supports 50% of the shipping fee to return to the customer, the customer bears 50% of the shipping fee. (Refund freight = shipping to customer).
